Our Quality Assurance system is an integral part of our work, and we're looking for someone to join us and help us manage it.  Based at Druid Street this role is 3 days a week, and is tasked with looking after the NYD Quality System both internally and externally.  Working alongside our Buyer, the jobholder is responsible for making our Quality System work, and maintaining the processes and procedures that go along with that.  The nature of the system means that the role is made up predominantly of project work, dependant on the area of focus required.  There is an element of leading and delivering the associated training required throughout the business, and auditing all areas to ensure compliance with our internal systems. 
Ideally you will have a food technology/science background, and be interested in applying the principles of your education and experience to both challenge and maintain our systems in a sensible, usable and meaningful way.  You'll also need to be meticulous in your attention to detail, analytical and able to interpret and use valuable data in an influential way across our business.

We are looking for a cheese-loving Credit Controller to join our Accounts team.  We love selling great cheese, and providing great service and we’re looking for someone who shares these qualities.
Based at our cheese maturing arches in Bermondsey, our Credit Controller is responsible for generating invoices, through to collecting the money from our customers in the UK and overseas.  A large part of the job is managing relationships with our customers, sales teams and banking partners.  It requires someone who is organised and numerate, with great attention to detail and the skill to understand when it’s best to be fair, polite and firm.  Knowledge of French, Spanish or Italian would be a plus and ideally you will want to train as an accountant.

We are looking for Cheesemongers to come and work with us in our shops in Borough Market and Covent Garden, and on our Market stalls.

You don't need any previous cheese experience (although some retail or hospitality experience would be an advantage), but you do need to be enthusiastic about food, and enjoy the buzz and hard work of a shop environment.  A full UK drivers licence would be an advantage.

We are looking to fill both full-time (you must be available for any 5 days Monday to Saturday) and part-time (a minimum of 3 days Monday to Saturday) roles, all of which will include regular Saturday work.
