Wensleydale: Past, Present & Future Film

This film features the production of three relatively new, small-production Wensleydale cheeses called Stonebeck, Yoredale & Whin Yeats. The evolution of their recipes is contextualised with fascinating archival material, set against the backdrop of declining cheese production in the Yorkshire Dales and hope for the future.
