Harry's Festive Tipples
Harry is a creative Jack of all trades (and master of many!), and has been keeping us hydrated and happy with his Gimlet Bar drinks for years now. So, we are very excited to be stocking his delicious cordials this year, just in time for Christmas. Here, he has shared a couple of inspired non- alcoholic recipes (with a couple of alcoholic variations) for all to enjoy this season.
Bitter Clementine Fizz
Method & Ingredients
Add ice to a tall glass, followed by:
1 part Clementine cordial
A squeeze of lemon
2 parts tonic
2 parts sparkling water
Stir well
Garnish with clementine peel & grated nutmeg
A boozy variation
Mix up a Brandy Sour with:
1 1/2 parts Brandy
1/2 part Lemon juice
1/2 part Clementine cordial
Shake with ice and strain through a mesh sieve into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of clementine peel.
A Winter's Night Special
Method & Ingredients
Add ice to a tall glass, followed by:
1 part Winter's Night cordial
A squeeze of lime
4 parts sparkling water
Stir well
Garnish with lime slices & star anise
Some Variations
Add a splash of Winter's Night to a glass of Prosecco
Enjoy a Winter's Night toddy, just dilute with hot water
