Our very own Bronwen Percival, author of Reinventing the Wheel, is hosting a virtual cheese tasting on Wednesday 13th November at 7pm. Join her to discuss the selection and the background behind these cheeses.
The selection features Brightwell Ash, Hafod, Stonebeck Wensleydale, and St Helena. As our Technical Director, Bronwen knows these cheeses well and she regularly visits the cheesemakers to select the batches we mature and sell.
"These are cheeses that really epitomise some of the exciting things happening right now within the British cheese world,” she said.
