The Buyer's Selection & Tasting with L'Antidote Sparkling Gamay Grape Juice
Our very own Bronwen Percival, author of Reinventing the Wheel, is hosting a virtual cheese tasting on Wednesday 13th November at 7pm. Join her to discuss the selection and the background behind these cheeses.
Featuring Brightwell Ash, Hafod, Stonebeck Wensleydale, and St Helena, she has also selected L'Antidote, a sparkling, aromatised Gamay grape juice, to pair with the selection. As our Technical Director, Bronwen knows these cheeses well and she regularly visits the cheesemakers to select the batches we mature and sell.
