Brown Bread Crackers

These crackers are made with four traditional Irish ingredients, including buttermilk, to impart the distinctive Irish Brown Bread taste. At Sheridans the ingredients are strikingly simple and sourced in close proximity to the bakery itself. They use flour stone-ground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills, butter from Bandon Co-op and buttermilk produced by the Cronin family from Belgooly; all in County Cork.

Mixed Seed Crackers
These mixed-seed crackers are handmade for Sheridans in West Cork and are the perfect accompaniment to any cheese board. Ingredients include unbleached wheat flour and butter from Bandon Co-op in Co Cork, with linseeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds baked into the mix.

Quince Paste - 200g Slice

Quince, sugar, lemons. Made in an environment where mustard and nuts are used.
This English Quince Paste, made by England Preserves in Bermondsey, is fragrant and full of flavour. It is made with whole quinces (as opposed to just the juice used in Spanish quince paste). This gives it a more intense taste and a slightly gritty, jammy texture. It makes a wonderful sweet accompaniment to cheese and is especially delicious alongside blue cheeses.

A piquant, full-bodied and rich savoury marmalade with red onions, mollased sugar and ruby port. Perfect with Colston Bassett Stilton.

Rosebud Spiced Plum Chutney
Rosebud Spiced Plum is aromatic, tangy and slightly on the sweet side, making it a good match for the saltiness of blue cheeses. It also works well with yoghurt-y cheeses like Wensleydale and Lancashire.
